In contrast to all the gloomy, rainy weather we’ve been having lately, today was beautiful and sang of Spring. It was gloriously sunny – all day! – and the temperatures reached the mid-80s. I had no idea what that meant until I converted it to Celsius and whoa, that’s pretty warm!
I’ve lagged behind in posting but thought I would share these photos that I took the other day, while making a trip to the local African market (yeah, in Burlington) for some teff grains that Chuck wrote about. Unfortunately, they didn’t carry any teff grains and said they had never heard of them but it was still nice to walk around.
I also decided to swing by the waterfront of Lake Champlain. Mind you this was some time ago so the lake was still frozen over:
